3. User content and business responsibility
Users retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and enforceability of their quotes, contracts, invoices, terms, pricing, taxes, client data, and business practices.
DevQuote does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Users should review their documents and workflows with their own advisors when appropriate.
4. Payments and third-party services
Certain features may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, or email providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms.
If online payments are enabled, payment processing is handled through the configured provider and may be subject to transaction fees, platform fees, disputes, reversals, or payout delays.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not use the platform to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or engage in fraud or abuse.
DevQuote may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, presents security risk, or uses the platform in a way that harms the service or others.

DevQuote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
